1) There is one God in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

2) The one God is sovereign in creation, revelation, redemption, and final judgement.

3) The Bible is the word of God, the supreme authority in all matters of belief and behaviour.

4) Since the fall, all humankind is sinful and guilty, subject to God’s condemnation.

5) Salvation has been offered by the grace of God only through the work of Jesus Christ.

6) The Holy Spirit gives new life to sinners, bringing them to repentance and faith.

7) Those who believe in Jesus Christ are declared righteous before God and kept by him.

8) The Holy Spirit works in believers to make them increasingly Christlike in character and behaviour.

9) The universal church is the body of Christ, to which all true believers belong.

10) Jesus Christ will return in glory to judge the world in righteousness and inaugurate the new creation.
